Refund policy
1. Product Satisfaction Guarantee for Customers
Syona offers a one hundred percent (100%) money-back satisfaction guarantee for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (less shipping charges) on all products purchased by Customers who reside in the United States. Customers must return all used and unused products to Syona. Once received, the Syona Distribution Center will process all returns and refunds within thirty days after receipt of the product.
Condition of Returned Products:
Products are guaranteed for at least 30 days from the date of purchase, particularly because Syona products are made with natural ingredients and may not be resalable if the products are perishable, not properly stored, or not returned with original packaging.
Non-refundable Items:
All sales of products that have been discontinued by the company, are seasonal in nature, or are special promotional products are a final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Charitable Donations:
All charitable donations are final and nonrefundable.
Prohibited Resale:
Registered Customers are not permitted to sell the product below market value. Any resale process violates or uses Syona company trademarks..
2. Return of Inventory by Brand Affiliates
New Brand Affiliates have three working days from the acceptance (at enrollment) of the Brand Affiliate Agreement to withdraw without penalty (except for the cost of returning the product) and without giving any reason, provided the Brand Affiliate informs Syona of such a decision in writing before the period expires. In the event of voluntary termination or cancellation of a Brand Affiliate Agreement, either under the preceding paragraph or under relevant sections of the Policies and Procedures, Syona will repurchase from the Brand Affiliate any portion of the Brand Affiliate’s currently marketable and resalable inventory that the Brand Affiliate purchased from Syona in the preceding twelve months. The repurchase price shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price minus a ten percent (10%) restocking fee and less all applicable shipping and handling costs to return the product to Syona.
If a Brand Affiliate returns over $500 in a 12 month period, Syona has the sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Brand Affiliate.
Definition of Inventory
For purposes of the Agreement, inventory shall include all Syona-produced products, purchased by the Brand Affiliate directly from Syona.
Non-refundable Items:
The repurchase provisions shall not apply to any inventory that is not currently marketable. Currently marketable inventory shall not include inventory that is beyond its expiration date or within two months of its expiration date, has a tamper-proof safety seal damaged or removed, has been opened or partially consumed, has the shrink wrap removed (if any), has been discontinued by the company, or is seasonal in nature or a special promotional product.

Prohibited Resale:
Brand Affiliates are not permitted to sell the product below market value or use platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or similar online retailers to resell Syona products.
3. General Conditions
Processing Time:
The Syona Distribution Center will process all returns and refunds within thirty days after receipt of the returned product.
Notification:
Brand Affiliates and Customers will be notified once their return has been processed and any applicable refunds have been issued.
